Our Story

Founded in 1987, by Tpl. Femi Anthony Ojewale, the firm was formaly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in May 1990.

Femi Ojewale & Partners is one of the foremost Urban and Regional Planning Consultants in Nigeria with practice spanning almost four decades. The firm has grown over the years to be an integratedintegrated and multidisciplinary consulting company with various in-house built environment professionals, external consultants and associate partners.

Over the years, we have successfully delivered numerous landmark projects across the country, helping cities and regions achieve sustainable growth while preserving their unique cultural and environmental heritage. Our expertise spans from layout planning to comprehensive regional development plans.

Femi Ojewale - Principal Partner

Tpl. Femi Anthony Ojewale (MNITP, RTP, MSAPI, MNIM)

Managing Partner

Tpl. Femi Ojewale is the Founder and a Managing Partner at Femi Ojewale & Partners with over 30 years experience. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (MNITP), member of the South African Planning Institute (MSAPI), member of the Association of Town Planning Consultants of Nigeria (ATOPCON), Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM). Tpl. Femi has a professional Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from The Polytechnic, Ibadan in 1981.

Tpl. Comfort Udoh (FNITP, RTP)

Senior Partner

Tpl. Comfort Udoh is a professional Town Planner registered with the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners with over 12 years experience and deep knowledge in Urban Planning and Transportation Planning Consultancy.
She is a Senior Partner at Femi Ojewale & Partners.

Tpl. Mrs. Iyabode Olufesobi (FNITP)

Senior Urban Planning Consultant

She is a Senior Urban Planning Consultant at Femi Ojewale & Partner. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
A registered Town Planner with Planners (FNITP), she has extensive experience in both public and private sectors.

Tpl. Oluwatola J. Akingbehin

Urban Planning Consultant

Holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Lagos (2020) and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Urban and Regional Planning from Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu (2010). With over 14 years of professional experience, he has worked in both the public and private sectors within the field of Urban and Regional Planning, contributing to various planning and development projects.

Tpl. Kayode S. Ajibade

Assistant Town Planning Consultant

Holds a HND in Urban and Regional Planning with eight years post NYSC field works experience. He has been working with the firm as an Assistant Town Planning Consultant since January 2022. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning.

Surv. Adekunle A. Adeyemi

Associate Partner - Land Surveying

Has over 12 years of field experience in the areas of land surveying, beacon sheet preparation and site beaconing, contour mapping, 3D contour profiling, geographic information systems and drone mapping. He works as an Associate Partner at Femi Ojewale & Partners since June 2020.

Arc. Ayomide Solarin

Associate Architect

An Associate Architect for Femi Ojewale & Partners since July 2021. He graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2019 with Bachelors of Architecture (B.Arch) and later obtained an M.Sc in Construction Engineering Management from University of East London in 2024.
